Psalms 76-80 - Daily Psalms Summary

 Hello! Today's Psalmistic Episode is the chapter of Psalms 76, 77, 78, 79, and 80 - the sixteenth continuation of the Psalmistic series.

Psalms 76 - Of Asaph. 

For the director of music. This psalm is a psalm of worship to God. And the reason behind this praise is His love and protection, His Justice and Power, and He destroys those who do not fear Him, so Fear and Revere His Name. 

Psalms 77 - Of Asaph.

For the director of music (Jeduthun). This psalm shows how we can always cry out to the Lord for deliverance, for He hears us, He does not reject, and He will save those who cry out for His defence, He performs great miracles to save His chosen ones.

Psalms 78 - Of Asaph. 

This psalm can teach us to listen to the sayings of the wise, listen to them and follow their commands and keep them and pass them to others. The Wise knows that the Lord guides and loves His people, even if they are sinful or rebellious, He is merciful and forgiving, He destroys those that have no respect for Him. 

Psalms 79 - Of Asaph.

This psalm is a psalm of lament comcerning the wicked who are agressive and vile. The psalmist makes a petition to the Lord to destroy them with His mighty wrath since they are foolish and do not fear Him. He makes a petition to God to crush them for they worship idols.

Psalms 80 -Of Asaph.

For the director of music. This psalm is a request to God to restore them (The Israelites), for the people are thrning away from Him and their condition. The psalm asks the Lord to bless them and save them from destruction and turning away.

People like to say "Jesus is coming soon", and it's incorrect: Argument Series #1

 Currently, a lot of people has reacted to the tension between the United States and Iran by saying "The end times are soon". Not only do they say this because of the "war", but also because of technologies such as artificial intelligence and Neuralink. In this post I want to challenge this claim.
