The Heidelberg Catechism was written by Zacharias Ursinus and edited by Caspar Olevianus and written in the mid-16th century. Modern perspectives on this question might answer reliefs like food, entertainment, ganes, sleep, phone. The answer given by the catechism is based on Paul's letter to the Romans.
