Ezekiel 37-39 - Daily Summary

 Hello! This is the second last Ezekiel post.

Ezekiel 37 - 28 verses

This chapter is a well known one, about a valley of dry bones. Ezekiel went into a valley and there were dry boens. This was anothrr sign of sorts, God said that he would let breath come into the bones and they would come to life, and when Ezekiel did a sGod commanded and breath entered the bones, they became alive. This sign was about how the Israelite hope is not yet gone, they will be restored, and they will have a great king who is eternal. This is Jesus.

Ezekiel 38 - 23 verses

This chapter is about the judgement day, where God judges all the nations finally and in glory, and this will be ultimate. There will be lots of judgement and death to the evil, and God will make himself known. Many people make strange interpretations of this chapter, correlatng to modern Israelite politics. This is not correct, remember covenant theology. 

Ezekiel 39 - 29 verses

This chapter is similar, about the glorious destruction of the nations. Everything will be cleansed and God will display His glory to everyone, and everyone will understand that what was important and saving was faith in God (verse 23), and he in his compassion has restored his chosen's fortunes.

People like to say "Jesus is coming soon", and it's incorrect: Argument Series #1

 Currently, a lot of people has reacted to the tension between the United States and Iran by saying "The end times are soon". Not only do they say this because of the "war", but also because of technologies such as artificial intelligence and Neuralink. In this post I want to challenge this claim. Of course, we shouldn't even try to say "this is near the end times", this is misleading, none of us know when, and we cannot even say that it is vaguely soon.
