Ezekiel 34-36 - Daily Summary

Ezekiel 34  - 31 verses

This chapter is about God as Israel's shepherd. Israel was the chosen people of God, and now Israel is replaced by the church. So, we too are the sheep of God, the shepherd. God take cares and finds us through his grace, he finds us, not we find him. This - humanity finding God - is a false misconception.

Ezekiel 35 - 15 verses

This one is a prophecy against Edom, the Edomites being the descendants of Esau who became a nation near Israel. God will punish these people, and they will be destroyed, because they were basically "laughing" at the problems of Israel, but they too wil be inflicted with the same punishment. Let's avoid the same problem.

Ezekiel 36 - 38 verses

Ezekiel 36 is about hope for Israel. Yes, they were crushed and mocked, but they will be restored and redeemed, they will be increased. As the chosen people of God, we will be restored from our evil ways and be consolidated forever.

People like to say "Jesus is coming soon", and it's incorrect: Argument Series #1

 Currently, a lot of people has reacted to the tension between the United States and Iran by saying "The end times are soon". Not only do they say this because of the "war", but also because of technologies such as artificial intelligence and Neuralink. In this post I want to challenge this claim. Of course, we shouldn't even try to say "this is near the end times", this is misleading, none of us know when, and we cannot even say that it is vaguely soon.
