Galatians 5 - Daily Summary

 Hello!

Summary:

As Christians, we are free in Christ, not bound in Him. Christ has set us free from the strong and oppressive yoke sin. We have sinned and circumcision does not help us nor obedience of the law. But Jesus set us free. [a]

We were called to be free and our freedom should be used to serve one another in love [bj. We must love one another and live by the Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. 

But we should not have hatred, idolatry, envy, and drunkenness, among other sins. Use your freedom for the good - to live by the Spirit and not gratify fleshly/worldly desires. We must use something given to us well.

People like to say "Jesus is coming soon", and it's incorrect: Argument Series #1

 Currently, a lot of people has reacted to the tension between the United States and Iran by saying "The end times are soon". Not only do they say this because of the "war", but also because of technologies such as artificial intelligence and Neuralink. In this post I want to challenge this claim. Of course, we shouldn't even try to say "this is near the end times", this is misleading, none of us know when, and we cannot even say that it is vaguely soon.
