Galatians 3 - Daily Summary
Hello!
Galatians 3 first talks about justification. The Galatians have misinterpreted the idea of justification. We are saved and receive the Holy Spirit by God's grace, our faith, and Jesus' crucifixion our own works like fulfilling and following the law.
All nations can get salvation if they have faith in God. The righteous are the faithful [1] and it is by faith we receive the Holy Spirit. But the law is not useless. It does not oppose the promise of God and righteousness can come from the law.
But before faith, the law was our guardian. The law is our guardian only until Christ came, and when Christ came, we are justified by faith and we are free from guardianship. We are all children of God through faith. If we belong to Christ, we are Abraham's descendant. [3]
