2 Corinthians 13 - Daily Summary

 Hello!

Second Corinthians 13 is Paul's final warnings and greetings before ending the chapter. This is both the last chapter of 2 Corinthians and both the Corinthians books. Paul is about to make a third visit to Corinth and He warns the Corinthians to, while he is away, repent and to test their faiths.

Paul wants them to see if Christ Jesus is really in their hearts. And so should we examine our hearts. We should pray for others and ourselves so they and we pass the tests of faith. He wants to give these warnings so He would not need to harshly rebuke the church there again,

The final four verses are final greetings and the closing of the chapter, and the book of Second Corinthians. Paul urges them to strive for a full restoration, to encourage and support one another (as a church is a community) and to live in peace.
