Psalms 26-30 - Daily Summary

Psalms 26-30, the sixth daily summary:

Psalms 26 - Of David.

This psalm is a song pleading the Lord to help David, for he says that he has lived wisely and with the Lord and trusted Him, and that he does not bond with the fools and is innocent, and thus pleads the Lord to deliver him from any situation and to separate him from  those who are foolish.

Psalms 27 - Of David.

This psalm is a psalm of worship and thankfulness. David praises the Lord for his grace and his salvation, and his deliverance from the wicked - He shields him from enemies, and David pleads the Lord that he may fear the Lord and worship and love him all his life, for he knows that the Lord loves those who fear him.

Psalms 28 - Of David.

This psalm is a psalm of worship and plead. It says the Lord is our Rock, our salvation and our protection, and it pleads Him to protect David. It pleads Him to protect us from the wicked and from the evil, and pleads Him also to judge the fools, for they hate the Lord. The Lord is just and guides us, He is good.

Psalms 29 - Of David.

This psalm is a 3rd person psalm (meaning it does not refer to the word "I"). It guides us to always love and inquire of the Lord, for the Lord is perfect and all powerful, his Word has great power. Those who love Him prosper and He gives strength to his anointed.

Psalms 30 - Of David

David wrote this for the dedication of the Temple. It is a psalm of praise and thankfulness - thankfulness for His grace, love, care,  and his everlasting forgiveness. The wise are secure and safe, for they fear the Lord, and the Lord blocks them from catastrophe. When those He favors cries out for help, He assists them.

That is Psalms 26-30, thank you for reading!
