Psalms 41-45 - Daily Summary
Hello! Psalms 41 to 45, the ninth continuation of the Psalmistic Series:
Psalms 41 - Of David.
For the director of music, Asaph. This psalm talks about many themes - such as how those who are kind will be blessed. The Lord answers the wise, and He shields them from all rheir wnemiss. So be wise and praise the Lord.
Psalms 42 - Of Korah's sons.
For the director of music, Asaph. Korah, their father had rebelled against Moses, who had been chosed by the Lord, and Korah was punished by Him. Korah's sons wrote a psalm of plead and confession to the Lord and a lament of nostalgia of their past. Yet, Korah's sons were still loyal to the Lord.
Psalms 43,44 -Korah's sons.
This continues Psalms 42 with five more verses of lament and plead. Korah's Sons still puts their hope in the Lord and praise His Name. In Psalms 44 of the sane authors, they express how the Lord loved their ancestors and gave them greatness, but He had punished them. Korah's sons did not forget the Lord, however.
Psalms 45 - Of the Sons of Korah.
Psalms 45 has more of a happy note than the last three psalms written by the Sons of Korah. It tells us that those who are anointed with grace are blessed and that the Lord loves the righteous. The Righteous are blessed with prosperity and riches, so be Wise.
